The property is situated high up on the Fish Hoek mountainside, north facing so sunny and warm. Experience beautiful views over the Fish Hoek beach front and False Bay, take in the morning Sunrises from any of the 3 balcony’s or pool terrace, or savory your favourite wine and enjoy the moon rise across the bay. This split level home is your perfect sanctuary for rest and relaxation, beach and ocean or mountain activities, or just stay poolside and soak up the sun. We have provided most conveniences to make this your home away from home to enjoy with family and friends. *There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are sea facing with spectacular views and 2 en-suite bathrooms. 3 rooms have queen size beds, and 1 King extra length, all with premium linen and toweling provided. *Full kitchen for your cooking convenience and entertainment. *Laundry facilities for your convenience. *Double garage and gated off street parking can accommodate 4 vehicles, so perfect for family and friends to enjoy time together. *The property is alarmed and linked to local response unit for your peace of mind.
