This lovely two-bedroom beach cottage is situated in the very first seaside row in a beach front housing estate in Keurboomstrand. Spacious lawn areas flow directly down to the Keurbooms Beach, a beautiful stretch of golden sand perfect for kilometers of long walks. The property is comfortably furnished with a well-equipped kitchen area which is open plan to the lounge. Glass sliding doors lead out to the patio which is an ideal space to enjoy a barbeque and al fresco dining with the sound of the waves crashing on the nearby shore. After a day of activities, sundowners can be enjoyed on the outside sunny lounge area. This property is perfectly located in a beach front estate with direct beach access. The estate also has a large communal swimming pool and the cottage has a well kept garden area around it. An inverter is available for use during power outages which provides power to lights and Wifi only. There is private parking available for 2 cars at the cottage. This cottage sleeps 4 people including children and babies. There is a refundable breakage deposit of R5000 which is collected by bank transfer and refunded back to the tenant by bank transfer. *Payment for the booking is collected by bank transfer. Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the cottage. Please note that there is direct access to the beach from the cottage and the estate.
