Surrounded by natural beauty and with direct access to the beach, it is a prime location for sea lovers and nature enthusiasts. The comfortable, light and bright living areas are open plan and lead out to a covered deck area which is ideal for alfresco dining. The lounge has a cosy fireplace for the cooler evenings and there is a lovely bay window which provides a welcoming space to retreat with a book. The main bedroom is tastefully furnished and enjoys views of the well established garden. The private garden features a built-in barbeque which is perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining and there is an upper deck area with beautiful sea views that stretch across to Robberg Peninsula. Relax on a lounger during the summer days or enjoy afternoon sundowners with the sound of the ocean in the background. The cottage is well equipped and has an inverter and there is a communal pool within the estate. Please note that there is a refundable breakage deposit of R5000 which is collected via EFT.
