A scintillating 3 - bedroom house with tranquility located in a serene neighborhood of Parklands North, with easy access to your basic needs, amenities and 5 minutes drive to the Blouberg Beach.

I have the interests in the following: Walking at the beach, visiting the wine lands, watching rugby and soccer, and entertaining. My entertainment prowess has been a great motivation for me to act as a host.

The area is quite brand new, peaceful and secured. It has access to basic amenities including parks, restaurants, clinics, malls and schools. We have attractions such as parks in the neighborhood. The beach is few minutes away and the malls for other various events.
