The elevated position provides a front-row seat to Wednesday’s Regatta, while still being just a short stroll from the historic village, rich with character, cafés, and seaside charm. The home’s Victorian exterior is complemented by a sophisticated Island-style interior, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Inside, you'll find: • A spacious lounge, dining room, family/TV room, and breakfast room • A fully equipped kitchen • Four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two of which are fully en-suite • Three bathrooms • An upstairs balcony, where all bedrooms open onto panoramic views that stretch endlessly Whether you're relaxing on the deck, exploring Simon’s Town, or simply soaking in the beauty of False Bay, Regatta View promises an unforgettable stay.
