Rox Villa’s location is unbeatable...... a coastal villa offering beach chic with added comfort and security with the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep and wake you up. The entire Villa comprises 3 bedrooms, ensuite bathroom, shared family bathroom and entertainment areas that create an open flow throughout the property. The property commands breath-taking Bay, Beach, Ocean and Mountain views from every room with sublime sunsets from the open rooftop deck and outdoor patio and is the perfect sanctuary to embrace the tranquil lifestyle that Rox Villa has to offer. There is also an adjoining self-contained cottage on the north side of the property with a functional kitchen, living area, private bedroom and bathroom which shares some common outdoor areas with the Villa.

I am a lover of the active ocean lifestyle and my passion is sharing this knowledge by providing my guests with the most rewarding and personalized experience in an unforgettable location. I offer a commitment to curate memories of a lifetime for every guest I host. I also offer Sunset boat trips on request, Stand Up Paddle Boarding and Guided Snorkelling. I live on the property and will be available as and when required.

Driving to Rooi Els is an experience in itself as you marvel at the beauty of nature negotiating Clarence Drive, listed as one of the most scenic drives in the world. You will see that the area is focused on things to do that are based solely on the beauty of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Bordering on the Kogelberg Nature Reserve, Rooi Els also forms part of the Kogelberg Biosphere which has an extremely rich diversity of plant and animal life. Rooi Els is most notably known for its rock-angling, crayfish diving and spear fishing opportunities. Nature and animal lovers will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the area. If you are a wine lover, there are multiple world class wineries nearby. Rooi Els makes perfect sense as a wonderful holiday destination.
