A double-storey semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms in the heart of Muizenberg. Offering a main bedroom with ensuite, and 2 additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. The bedrooms are located upstairs along with the shared bathroom. On the ground floor is a lounge area and a fantastically renovated open-plan kitchen and dining space. There is also a guest cloak toilet on the bottom level. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials and more. The kitchen and dining room open up onto an enclosed outside space, that gets the full day sun. Perfect for evening entertaining, braaiing and the likes. There is also an outside shower for those needing to rinse after surfing. The apartment is only 100m walk away from the beach. There is parking for 2 cars outside on the driveway which is off-street on an open driveway. The house is secured with walls all round the property. There is back-up power available in the apartment that powers the internet and a few essentials during power outages. MUi STAYS is a self-catering holiday rental company. The service charge covers the exit clean after your stay. Additional services like extra linen or towel changes, mid-stay cleaning, and extra products (e.g., toilet paper) can be arranged at an extra cost. Damage Protection This property is protected by LekkerGuest, our guest verification and damage protection partner. After the booking is confirmed, guests will receive a link to complete a quick verification and must choose one of the following options: Option 1 - Security Deposit: A fully REFUNDABLE R2000 hold (a service fee of R47 is charged). Option 2 - Damage Waiver: A NON-REFUNDABLE R400 fee providing R5000 in ACCIDENTAL damage cover.
