This stunning property overlooks the ocean and beach in Rooiels. Offering a heated pool, large entertaining deck and private garden, the house offers guests baboon free, pet friendly accommodation. Comprising of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the house has plenty of space for larger groups, with large entertaining areas, pool table and darts, as well as braai facilities and wonderful views over the ocean and mountains. The property is fully fenced with electric fencing, keeping your family and pets safely inside, and the baboons safely outside. Your pets are welcome to join you on your trip. North facing, the house enjoys sunshine throughout the day, offering spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the main deck. The swimming pool is fully heated and doubles as a hot tub in the cooler months. There is air con in the main living area, and a wonderful indoor fire for those winter evenings. Local shops and restaurants are a gentle walk away, and easy access to Bettys Bay and Pringle Bay open up loads of vacation opportunities. Just a 25 minute drive from Gordon's Bay along the world famous Clarence Drive ocean road, this property in Rooiels is easily accessed and waiting to offer you a spectacular time away.

The host lives in an apartment on the property and is available to assist with anything that you may need, whilst maintaining your privacy and enjoyment of the home. You will not see the host unless you want to.
