If you’re looking for the perfect lifestyle residence; strolling 20 m to the beach, a huge variety of cafes and restaurants within a stone’s throw, and some of Cape Town’s premier nightlife within walking distance, then this is the location for you. Beyond location, enjoy a stunning wooden deck with breathtaking views spanning from Lion’s Head across the Atlantic to the Twelve Apostles. It's perfect for sunset cocktails, morning coffee with ocean sounds, or lazy days on the loungers. The décor of the apartment is both modern and practical. Designed with the holiday visitor in mind it has everything that you could want for in a vacation apartment. When sitting in the lounge you feel like you’re sitting on a boat overlooking the horizon. The beach and the Camps Bay promenade disappear out of sight, and all you can see is ocean all the way to the horizon. It really is a magical feeling. The master bedroom is off the kitchen area and has an open plan en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is at the back of the apartment, with twin beds and a dedicated bathroom with shower only. There are mountain views from this bedroom. This apartment is ideal for those wanting to experience Camps Bay's vibrant heart. Note: Limited parking is available (5 off-street bays, first come, first served). Ideal for guests without a vehicle; parking may be challenging if you plan to drive. LOADSHEDDING BACK-UP The apartment is attached to the larger installation covering the whole of the complex, powered by solar panels. Powered: Everything works - stove / aircon / lights / plugs. HOUSEKEEPING Mon - Sat excluding Sun and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY All ages welcome SMOKING POLICY Strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.
