Situated on the slopes of Elsies Peak, this newly renovated apartment is an ideal base to explore the Southern Peninsula. Glencairn beach, Simon's Town, penguins at Boulders the Cape of Good Hope. The apartment is self contained and fully equipped. LATEST: FULLY LOADSHEDDING PROOF! Thanks to our newly installed solar power system, everything works as normal during loadshedding, including stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer etc. You won't even know when it's loadshedding!
I'm a retired mechanical engineer and I enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this area. I'm also an ardent sailor and love to sail in False Bay.
This is a tranquil area with lots of wild flowers and birds. Sugar birds, guinea fowls, Cape Francolins, mongoose and the nocturnal porcupine may be spotted in the vicinity. Scenic hikes begin just behind the house.
