Situated in Camps Bay, Silvertree is a three-level, six-bedroom villa offering panoramic ocean and mountain views, located just a 4-minute drive from Camps Bay Beach and +/- 10 minutes from the Table Mountain Cableway. The top level features a living area with a gas fireplace, TV, and seating for six, opening seamlessly onto the balcony. Adjacent is an open-plan dining area that seats ten, alongside a kitchen equipped with an electric hob, Nespresso machine, air fryer, and breakfast bar, complemented by a separate scullery with a dishwasher. Outdoors, the balcony boasts dining for twelve, a coal Weber, gas BBQ, and a pool framed by sea and mountain views. The second floor houses three bedrooms: two feature king beds, air conditioning, mountain views, balcony access, and en-suite bathrooms, while the third offers a double bed with a dedicated bathroom. The lower floor includes a fourth bedroom with a king bed, and private patio. This level also boasts a cosy living area with a wood fireplace, courtyard access, and a fully equipped gym. A separate cottage offers two further king and twin-bedded rooms, its own living and dining spaces, courtyard access, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, an indoor BBQ, and an entertainment area. Outside, the private courtyard features a sauna, outdoor shower, fire pit, and gas BBQ. HOUSEKEEPING Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY Welcomes all ages. SMOKING POLICY Strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. NOISE POLICY This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device. PARKING Secure driveway parking for two vehicles.
