Suites on 74 (a trading name for Derilda cc) was developed in 2018. Derilda cc is a family business which strives to give excellent service to every guest who arrives at Suites on 74. In 2022, our staff compliment grew to two full time staff members, both of whom have been known to us for years. We cherish relationships and understand the value of family.

Property info

Suites on 74 offer 5 self catering apartments, each with their own entrances and a single parking bay. The property has been developed to retain the historic feel of the circa 1800 town houses, with trees and small garden areas to ensure there is a country feel. Each apartment is spacious and equipped with everything one needs to prepare a simple meal. The studio apartments have built in barbeque facilities.

Neighborhood info

Worcester is a fast growing, increasingly diverse small city. The Mountain Mill Mall has been rated highly for it's development and investment potential and shoppers travel from afar on weekends to enjoy all it has to offer. The Karoo National Botanical gardens are a jewel which should be experienced by every visitor to Worcester. Walking in the town (while taking the usual safety precautions) is also an excellent past time as one can visit galleries, coffee shops and the church plain memorial garden for interest and pleasure. The Saturday morning Park Run takes place from the Mall around the Worcester Dam and can be enjoyed at a leisurely pace with a group of Worcester-ites that enjoy fitness and the outdoors.
