My place is in the heart of the Cape Winelands, in the picturesque town of Somerset West. Ideally located, only a scenic 20 min drive into the tourist town of Stellenbosch. 40 min to Cape Town CBD. 10 min to the beach. 1 hour to Hermanus (whale viewing and shark diving). Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. My place is good for couples , adventurers, business travelers.
I am happily married to Chris and a mother to 2 awesome boys, Luke and Daniel. I love running and cycling. I also really enjoy socialising. The owners live in the main house on the property and can offer assistance or travel advice to the guests at any time.
Woodlands Cottage is situated in the beautiful, leafy, quiet suburb of Briza, in Somerset West. Briza is ideally situated as it is within close enough proximity to the main road to allow for easy travel. There are awesome nature reserves for hiking and some of the best mountain bike trails in the country. Uber does operate in Somerset West. There are also other taxi operators that are available. There are also plenty of car rental companies.
