This modern 1 bedroom apartment with breathtaking sunset view over Atlantic ocean featuring AIRCONDITIONED AND LOADSHEDDING FREE space for 2-4 people. This apartment contained of 1 separated bedroom with queen size bed and closet, 2 balconies with amazing view, lounge with airconditioner, flat screen TV and free WIFI, separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microvawe, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Towels and bed linen provided. Apartment situated in Cape Town, Mouille Point, 600m from Rocklands Beach, 1.1km from Cape Town Stadium and 2km from V&A Waterfront. Apartments building is directly on the promenade with 24/7 small convinient groceries shop and VIDA cafe. 2 large parkades opposite and next to the building for parking at own risk but very safe.
