Sunset Cottage is on the edge of the Langebaan lagoon. Very spacious with large balcony and a lockable gate with access to the beach. The property is comfortably furnished. Large and spacious 120m2.Roll up wooden blinds throughout to maximize views. Porcelain tiles throughout. Property is on one floor a few steps to the entrance as per photographs Parking is provided for x1 car only on the property. I have a housekeeper on site and is available for a small fee.

I enjoy hosting and always look forward to welcoming my guest and to assist where possible with special needs

The beach is a few steps away accessible on the property. Within comfortable walking distance to the main beach shops and restaurant Please note my neighbour is upgrading his house
