This apartment features two bedrooms, each with full en-suite bathrooms and each with a balcony with a city and lake view. There is also a downstairs balcony equipped with a braai and accessible from the living room via a sliding door. Downstairs you will also find an open plan fully-equipped kitchen. A washing machine is available in the apartment. There is a free dedicated parking space next to the entrance to the apartment. The apartment complex has a full-time guard monitoring the entrance, and the apartment has a security gate for your safety. Please note that to reach the apartment, you need to come up two flights of stairs, plus stairs inside the apartment.

The apartment is located in Tyger Waterfront area, near the Willowbridge and Tyger Valley shopping centers in Bellville. Virgin Active Gym Tygervalley is across the street. It is safe to walk in the area, and there are two lakes and a park within a short walking distance. Restaurants, including Cattle Baron, Bossa, and the Nob, are within a 5 minute walk. You will find the wine farms of Durbanville a short drive away. There is a minimarket and laundry service downstairs.
