This self catering studio apartment is located on the 10th floor of the Icon Building on Lower Long Street. The apartment has great views of the surrounding mountains and city. The Icon Building is a short 3-4 minute walk from the Cape Town Convention Centre as well as other amenities, restaurants and the V&A Waterfront. The ground floor of the Icon Building also has a Food Lovers Market, Vida e Café, Dry Cleaner and Laundromat, hairdressing salon and spa as well as other convenient stores. The Icon Building also has a fully equipped gym as well as a pool with deck chairs which is available to the tenants and other hotel guests.
