Our home Is situated in a high security estate surrounded with indigenous forest with beautiful views of the hillside around. The house is built around an atrium with 4 doors opening out onto it. The 2 living areas are open plan and both have smart TV. Entertaining is a dream with a 5 star kitchen with 3 large folding doors opening onto the kitchen deck, atrium and covered patio. All the bedrooms are en-suite and The master bedroom has air-conditioning. There is a lovely study with desk, scanner and shelves full of books. We have a lovely large kitchen roof garden, wonderful for outdoor breakfast or sundowners. The covered patio looks onto the pool area and garden, with a dining table that seats 8 and lovely comfy cane couch and 2 chairs. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need for a luxury relaxing holiday . Brackenridge Estate has many hiking trails that are beautifully maintained, with masses of birdlife, buck, and tortoises. The home is light and bright with natural light and has a very calm energy when you enter the double volume entrance. 5 minutes drive to all blue flag beaches, restaurants and the town center.
The neighborhood is a friendly cul-de-sac, all our neighbors are friendly and wonderful. Living in this beautiful ECO Estate is a privilege for us.
