Positioned in a residential area in Camps Bay. A stroll away from vibrant Camps Bay beach, Clifton and Bakoven. Centrally situated, in close proximity to the city's coolest bars and restaurants. Grocery stores and shopping centers nearby. Table Mountain, The V&A Waterfront and Houtbay a short drive away. Please note : our neighbors are renovating their house from August 2026 to January 2027. Some building noise can be expected during weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00 and on alternate weekends from 9:00 to 12:00.
