With over 10 years at Thyme, she is an integral and much-loved part of the Thyme family. Drawing on her rich Zimbabwean heritage, Joyce brings a unique and heartfelt approach to hospitality. She is fluent in both Shona and English and is known for preparing delicious, traditional Zimbabwean dishes. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys singing gospel music, cooking comforting home-style meals, and spending quality time with her family — all of which shine through in the warmth she shares with our guests.
