Immaculate self-catering 3-bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Blouberg, 400 m from the famous Blouberg (Kite) Beach and a short walk from popular restaurants and retail outlets. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six guests, this fully furnished home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Ideal for kitesurfing enthusiasts, with a secure, covered backyard for storing and drying gear, as well as a private garage with laundry facilities. A true home away from home A welcoming entrance hall leading to a generous size kitchen with modern counter tops and cabinets. Spacious lounge, as well as, sun room which flows through sliders to the garden. The garden which is low maintenance, is also an excellent size for additional parking for visitors cars. For convenience there is also a guest toilet situated downstairs. UPSTAIRS: Be amazed at the amount of space offered in the Master bedroom. It has its own en-suite, as well as, a glassed in balcony to sit and read, or enjoy a cup of coffee. Here one can also enjoy the views of Table Mountain. The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom . When visiting this home you will feel the love and warmth. An automated garage, aircon in the lounge and an outsider private yard complete this magnificent picture. STRICTLY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED!!
