The flat is a lovely modern space with big sliding glass doors into the open plan lounge/dining room with a view to the pool and fishpond. Nice large sliding windows to let in the breeze in the bedroom and bathroom and a very nice modern kitchen to do any cooking if you so desire. Outside the backdoor of the kitchen is a lovely private space where you can sit and have your breakfast or just something to drink. This is a family home with dogs and cats that have free run of the property. Please ensure all parties understand that I have pets. There is a lovely Lapa (thatched roof) by the braai/barbecue area that is unbelievably cool in the hot weather where you are welcome to come and sit and relax after a lovely day’s site seeing or even having your breakfast. This is a shared area but big enough that if you want personal space while being used by my family is also possible, though would love you joining us The pool can be used anytime but please try not to splash too much water as Cape Town is a water shortage area and we are still under water restrictions.
My neighbourhood is a lovely quiet suburb close to all amenities and main roads leading to the beach, travel or entertainment places. I am proud to have lived here for over 30 years, The nearest beach is 10 km and start of the Durbanville Wine Route 5 min away. Walking/driving distance to shops and Restaurants. V&A Waterfront or International Airport is 30 minute drive away. Easiest way to get around is hiring a car but if you are not hiring a car then Uber/Bolt services are better as the buses are not very reliable.
