Twelveon1st offers cosy self-catering accommodation with a separate entrance on the owner’s property in the heart of Fish Hoek. It could be an ideal option for a small family wanting to explore the Mother City as the cottage is backed up by solar panels and is within walking distance to the Fish Hoek beach. This cottage can comfortably accommodate 3 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a cot available for a baby. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a TV with Netflix and Youtube. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels and beach towels are provided. The living area features a kitchen equipped with a mini oven with 2 hotplates, air fryer, microwave , automatic washing machine, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining space with a 3/4 bed. This area opens to a cosy lounge space with comfy seating where guests can relax. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Im Doug who is the fourth generation living in this seaside home. I am retired and enjoy the wonderful walks in the greater Fish Hoek area, beach walks, mountain hikes with beautiful surroundings. As coffee shops and restaurants and the beach are in close walking vacinity I find it easy to enjoy the village. I have 2 chihauhau who keep me active and love visitors..

We have a jaeger walk which is a seaside walk and the beach is very safe for swimming. All your catering and entertainment needs are close at hand.
