Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen and tv/sitting room. Private patio with portable braai. Secure parking. Smoking allowed outside. 400 m (2 blocks) from the beach. Half hour from Cape Town and Stellenbosch. Ideal for holidays and work trips. lots of restaurants and pubs close on Beach road.
