Villa Costa Rose is located in the popular coastal suburb of Sea Point. We are functional during power cuts with INDEPENDENT POWER ("NO LOADSHEDDING!") Choose a room according to your preference from Suite, King or Twin, Double or Budget. Some rooms have mountain views with balconies. Sea Point is a safe area with high quality restaurants, some within 164 ft walk, you will experience cuisine and wine at it's finest. The must do Sightseeing Bus is an excellent way to see the city and surrounds with the nearest stop a mere 7 minute walk away. We offer excellent concierge services for additional tours and experience requirements. Enjoy beautiful sunrise or sunset walks along the seafront promenade which is a 5 minute walk away, a truly magical experience.

Property info

Quiet and secluded in the heart of popular Sea Point. The property is central to many eateries within easy and safe walking distance. The sea front promenade is a short walk away where idyllic views can be enjoyed.

Neighborhood info

Sea Point is part of the "Atlantic Seaboard" and these areas are considered up market and generally very safe. Close to the beachfront promenade, the area is popular among locals and there is lots of activity day and night. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance from Villa Costa Rose and it is safe to walk day and night. South Africa in general is a poor country with high unemployment and there are many vagrants all over in our area they are well known and pretty harmless in the City Center one has to be more careful. Sea Point is a great location to get around from and the Hop on Hop off bus stop is about 350m away from us. There is also the "myciti" bus serving 4 routes (V&A Waterfront, City Center, Camps Bay, Hout Bay). The great thing is you don't really need a car maybe just for 1 or 2 days to visit Cape Point. Sea Point has a cosmopolitan, European feel to it with many cafe's nearby. We have some excellent restaurants within 10 minute walk.
