Villa de la Mar ist eine gehobene Villa, traumhaft liegend, zwischen Hout Bay`s wunderschönem Tal und der Atlantikküste. Wunderbar auch für eine große Familie, eine Grupe Freunde, ganz nah zu den schönsten Attraktionen, die Hout Bay zu bieten hat. Mit dem weltberühmten Seemanshafen, nur einen Hauch entfernt, einem wunderschönen Sandstrand direkt "vor der Haustür" und einem grandiosen Blick auf den Chapman`s Peak, nur 1 km entfernt, eine der schönsten Straßen der Welt. Vom Haus aus hat man die Option Hout Bay zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Einkaufszentrum liegt in kurzer Nähe. Jedes der 4 Appartments ist sehr großzügig, ausgestattet mit einem bequemen Queen-Size-Bett.
