This Mediterranean inspired home away from home offers great accommodation, marvelous ambiance and breathtaking mountain views. Guests will have exclusive use of the Villa, offering three living areas, open plan kitchen and a separate downstairs entertainment area with a built-in indoor pizza oven and braai (BBQ) next to the pool. The house has a solar system installed ensuring permanent connectivity during power outages for all plugs, lights and the WiFi. Please Note: There is a friendly young resident dog named 'Athena' who lives in one of the private flats on the property. Athena often roams and plays in the garden. She is well-socialized and does not pose any immediate danger to guests. However, as with any animal, we kindly ask guests to interact with her respectfully and with care. If preferred, arrangements can be made to keep Athena in a fenced section of the garden for limited periods upon request.
My booking manager will correspond and send all relevant information through to guests. The property has 2 x private tenanted flatlets beneath the house. The entire house, garden and entertainment areas listed are for the exclusive use of Guests.
Stellenberg is a quiet and established residential suburb located in Bellville, part of Cape Town's Northern Suburbs. The neighborhood is considered safe, with regular patrols by private security companies. Guests can comfortably enjoy walking or jogging around the area during daylight hours. As always, we encourage general caution and mindfulness of your surroundings and personal belongings when in public spaces. The house is centrally located with easy access to major routes leading to central Cape Town, Stellenbosch, the West Coast, and other surrounding areas. Within a short driving distance, you’ll find several large shopping malls, local convenience stores, restaurants, and even nearby wineries—perfect for exploring some of what the region has to offer.
