Welcome to Waterfront Houseboats. Situated at the Cape Grace Marina adjacent to the 5-star Cape Grace Hotel, at the very heart of the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, this unique experience offers you the opportunity of “living on the water” with frolicking seals, fish and bird life.

We do not have a staff member on site, in the event of an emergency or assistance needed you can contact the number that was in contact with you prior to check in.

Everything is easy and in safe walking distance to and from the V&A. If you would like to do more sight seeing, it is easier to make use of an Uber.
