Comfortable rooms with great views over the Knysna Lagoon and Heads conveniently situated just off Old Cape Road and the N2. NOTE: There is some road noise as with all the properties in Knysna that have great views over the lagoon in this area. Rooms have overhead fans, not air conditioners. We have a Solar System and a borehole to ensure you have a relaxing stay. This property has a fabulous large braai/barbeque area also with a great view. A short walk around the lagoon will get you to the Knysna Waterfront which boasts an assortment of restaurants and shops. Phoenix Lodge, the main building, offers spacious, luxury rooms with fabulous views from their own private balconies, flat screen TV, and private bathrooms with fresh, modern décor. All rooms have a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and free toiletries. 5 units are self catering with small kitchenettes. Waterside Accommodation offers standard, comfortable rooms all with flat screen TVs, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and free toiletries. One King room and one Queen room are on the ground floor and suitable for the mobility impaired. Free wi-fi throughout the buildings. The restaurant serves tasty breakfasts every morning and dinner on request. We are unable to facilitate late arrivals (after 8.00 p.m.) unless previously arranged.

Neighborhood info

Within walking distance to the Knysna Waterfront where our guests can enjoy delicious meals at a variety of restaurants or spend a bit of time shopping. A number of our guests bring their running shoes as the run around the lagoon is very scenic and enjoyable. Also a lovely walk. The departure to Featherbeds Nature Reserve is about 500 m up the road.
