I'm Laurette from AirCnC Property Management. We love welcoming guests to the South Peninsula of Cape Town and helping them make amazing memories with their loved ones.

Our home is a large house that is split into 3 self contained units. We live downstairs, then we have The Gem which sleeps up to 5 people as well as The Boho Cave which sleeps up to 2 people. The house has an industrial look but the finishes and decor are modern. The industrial build allows the space to be more open and let plenty of natural light flow in. There is off street parking available to guests. We do have 2 cats that like to roam around and greet guests. Admin is boring but we do require that guests go through a verification process which is legally required in South Africa. Our preferred partner Truvi, will be in contact with you after confirmation to start the process. Thank you.

Welcome Glen is a small town hidden between the mountains of the South Peninsula, very well sheltered from the South Easter that blows through most of the summer. The neighbours are lovely and we always look out for each other. The area is peaceful and the sounds of the birds and the breeze through the tree's will most certainly relax you on your trip to the Deep South. The stars at night are something to behold! Truly fabulous lounging on your balcony and watching the night. As the area is at the foot of Table Mountain Nature Reserve, we do have an abundance of wild life in the area. As such, we request that you please keep all doors and windows closed when not at home as some of the resident baboons, like to enjoy themselves to visible food. Travel Times to popular destinations: - 45 minutes from Cape Town - 15 minutes to trendy Kalk Bay - 10 minutes to Penguin Colony & Simons Town - 30 minutes to Cape Point - 20 minutes to Chapmans Peak drive (gorgeous sunsets) - 5 pristine beaches between 5 - 15 minutes away
