Our cottage is an absolute gem, set in our beautiful garden and leafy neighborhood. Its light and bright and is spacious but yet you will feel very welcome and at home. There is a private single garage with direct access into the cottage. A fully fitted kitchen and laundry facilities, wonderful spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboards. The linen is luxious with large bath towels and heated towel rail. WiFi and TV in both the living room and bedroom. There is a desk so its perfect for business and or pleasure. A wood burning fireplace for cosy winter stays as well as heaters and in summer a fan for hot summer days.
Derry & Wendy are a keen hikers & mountain bikers and outdoor people and can show anyone interested, all the local tracks straight from our home. There is a swimming pool which guests may use on request as its our private pool.
Situated within walking distance to Cape Towns famous botanical gardens Kirstenbosch where summer concerts are held on Sunday evening. 5 minutes walk into Newlands Forest and yet close to the M3 highway yet far enough away not to hear it. This gives one a peaceful stay but with easy access to all surrounding areas ie Constantia Winelands, The famous Waterfront and all other Winelands in the Cape. There is wonderful upmarket shopping to choose from as well as plenty of wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes.
