Everything about our stay at Fairmont Udaipur Palace exceeded expectations. My wife and I visited for our 25th anniversary, and this was genuinely the best hospitality experience we’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — every single person went above and beyond to make our stay special. The property itself is stunning, the rooms were beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was on another level altogether. We received thoughtful upgrades, amazing anniversary surprises, wonderful dining experiences, and exceptional support throughout our stay. What impressed me most was how proactive and sincere the team was. Even small issues were handled immediately and professionally. You could tell the staff truly cared about guest experience. We travel often and stay at luxury hotels regularly, but this experience stood out in every possible way. Already planning our next visit.

A picturesque property with the friendliest staff, the Ramada In Udaipur is a must visit when planning a trip to the city of lakes. From accomodating our special needs, to the delicious food and comfortable suite, we loved every minute of being here. While most feel that this property is away from the city centre, but all it takes is 10-15 mins to reach Chetak Circle and you're sorted. The traditional Rajasthani dishes were made to perfection and the staff was super helpful. A fantastic venue for destination weddings too. Thank you to the entire Ramada Team.

My stay at Oladar Haveli, Udaipur from January 5th to 8th was nothing short of exceptional. I was travelling with my mom and this was solely a leisure trip.I booked a Heritage Room with a bathtub, and every aspect of the experience reflected elegance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. The stay is really close to the main market and everything is at a walking distance. The admin and front-desk team were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive, making me feel genuinely cared for from the moment I arrived. The housekeeping staff maintained the room beautifully, with impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful attention to detail throughout my stay. The decor was so beautiful just like a castle right from the beds to lamps and chandeliers. Apart from that food service — absolutely delightful. We were given special attention by chef Bhupendra and Manisha. Every meal was flavourful, well-presented, and served with grace. The dining experience felt personal and refined, adding to the overall charm of the haveli.
