Location with parking and very friendly staff

Rooms just renovated and looking great. Big and spacious clean and shiny. We especially like the bathroom that was big comfortable and pleasant. Great Breakfast at the rooftop with the lake view, and friendly staff that treat us generously.

very good that aircon is on even you take out the card and leave the room! also very good food in the restaurant! tried other places but hotels restaurant was in top 3. last but not least swiming is cold! they are cooling the water that is super nice when it was very hot and you can enjoy cold water. lake was 25 celsius friends pool in other hotel like tea 29 and Mistral hotels pool 22 degrees celsius.

I always feel comfortable here.

Breakfast was amazing, the atmosphere and help especially. View is fantastic! And roof jacuzzi - perfect! They have bicycles and buss stops near. I'm very recommend that place, will stay there again.

Amazing family owned property recently updated in authentic Italian taste, with a well blending mix of antique and modern style . The suites are perfect for even long term stays and they are very clean and upgraded, with massive terraces to enjoy the serenity of the property . The family that owns it welcomed us like their own, and very extremely kind and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants and pastry shops, further elevating our experience. We felt right at home and will definitely return again. While the city is just a few minutes away, the property offers a quiet countryside experience we won't ever forget!

Conveniently located great amenities

The location is very good, only 2min walk away from the centre. Big TV was also good. The host brought croissants behind the door on the first morning.

We love the decoration and the nice pool, the room was very comfortable and spacious, it has an AC, it is very close to everything, great location, the breakfast was very good and the people who worked there are very friendly and helpful, specially the guy who makes the breakfast and dinner at night .

Exceeded our expectations in any way - excellent staff, comfortable rooms, very clean, great pool, good breakfast, and ideal location for exploring Lake Garda. Would stay here again, for sure!!!
