The hotel is nestled on the top of the tuscan hills. It is a beautiful spot in a little town with 10 residents. It was fantastic having an apartment which was quite spacious. The cleaners were excellent - coming every day. The food was exceptional - breakfast and dinner. It was great to chill by the pool.

The host is a wonderful person, the atmosphere is very cozy and homey. The breakfast and coffee are so tasty We will definitely come back to this amazing place. Very convenient location, close to everything in Umbria.

Il Grottino Relais and Spa was a very comfortable place to stay in a fabulous location. We had a spacious room and there were also comfortable shared spaces to sit. The accommodation was split over 2 sites in the small town. We didn't see a pool or spa during our stay. The restaurant was closed (low season) but the bistro was open for evening meal and we were well looked after by the young woman who was serving during the evening. The breakfast included is coffee, juice and pastry.

Beautiful location to relax and enjoy time in the garden and olive grove, surrounded by scenic hills. Visiting in April meant we were able to see much of the garden coming to life and flowering. The host is very attentive, kind and responds quickly in case of questions. The villa is just a few minutes drive from a town (Bastardo) for groceries and essentials. The villa was clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor and furnishing is well done, perfect for a rustic villa. There are many beautiful towns to visit within a 30-45 minute drive - a great spot to explore Umbria from. We hope to return again in the future!

The property was centrally located in the beautiful medieval town of Montefalco. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Very beautiful views from our balcony. Excellent showers and a comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. And a tasty breakfast. Rather large room with plenty of space.

Exceptionally clean and well designed hotel nestled in the rolling hills of Umbria. Offering spectacular views and walking trails in a luxuriant countryside. Gracious and accommodating host made for a memorable stay in a uniquely picturesque location.
