Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Excellent location outside the centre of Assisi. Very nice and comfortable, large garden to sit when weather permits A WONDERFUL view of the valley from most or all rooms (we had 6 rooms, all with a wonderful view)

The location is excellent for visiting both Perugia and Assisi. The property is well maintained and a hidden oasis, quiet, comfortable, and luxurious. The host was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, everything you would want plus glute-free options. Highly recommend this property for the tranquility. I would have stayed longer if I had time.

Liked everything about the property. We were able to check in early which was wonderful on a rainy day. The spa tub was heaven. It was conveniently located and we had our best meal so far at the restaurant next door. We would have eaten at the restaurant down stairs with its lovely view but we were too hungry to wait.

The spa is amazing . The room is wonderful . The owners are so kind and generous . The coffee was great. It's away from the crowds in Assisi and very near Santa Maria degli Angeli - don't miss the church ( within a church)
