The vistas from the hotel were exceptional. The amenities were better than any other hotel we stopped at, although we were not there long enough to take advantage.

This place is like living in a fairytale. I felt like a princess. Novello took care of my every wish and everyone who works here is amazing.

The property was gorgeous and Antonella was amazing. Her breakfast spread and coffee were the perfect way to start each day. Everything was picture perfect from waking up to birdsong to ending each day with a glass of wine on the veranda. We would have loved to stay longer and have definitely vowed to return.

The food, the view and the SPA were very good, we got upgraded. Pleasant staff. All just perfect.

We stayed in the Jazz suite and it was excellent. In a quite and comfortable area, surrounded by nature.Very great location, steps away from the main attractions. Easy check-in and check-out.

The property presents itself as a well established and secure property, which was comforting to us. Each of the units are placed strategically to give you a sense of privacy and with breath taking views of the valley. We utilized the private patio with table, chairs and umbrella most evenings for either dinner (prepared using the well equipped kitchen) and/or just passing the time. The unit was lovely and A/C top notch. Host was very accommodating and availed herself and her vast local knowledge everytime. The pool was AMAZING and provided much needed refreshment. Excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

The apartment was gorgeous; the views were stunning. Look no further. The hosts were so responsive. Lorenzo did everything to assist us. Plus he was so sweet.

The property is perfectly situated on Piazza Italia just steps from Underground tunnels, museums, churches, shopping and great restaurants. The Piazza is overlooking spectacular city views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well sized with beautiful, marbled bathrooms. The rooms are very comfortable with luxurious linens, robes and slippers. Room services are excellent and the rooms are very clean. There is an underground pool that is wonderful to swim in. The breakfast buffet is abundant with a great selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If bringing a car, arrange parking in advance so that hotel can accomodate your vehicle.

Roberto is the kindest and most helpful host! I loved Perugia, but having such a kind host and an awesome space made it so much better. The apartment is cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a holiday. You get a great view, a comfortable bed, and just enough space to relax. The location was also perfect, being a 3 minute walk from the train station and a 6 minute walk to mini metro which takes you to the city center in no time. Roberto was kind enough to share some great restaurant suggestions and places to walk/train to. You can probably see most of Umbria from this place, which is worth it. I plan on visiting Perugia again and will absolutely book another stay here.

The bathroom was incredibly clean and the shower was new. TV, AC, and WiFi made it comfortable. Felt safe with the security measures.
