Wide area, green zone. Hotel quality was high and comfortable.

everything is perfect in here, very good location with very big parking lot, breakfast is perfect, the spa complex also wonderful. i love it, i hope i visit almaty again to stay in this place

I stayed in the Superior King Room for a week, and it turned out to be one of my best hotel experiences anywhere. The room is newly renovated, impeccably clean, and equipped with a balcony and a modern digital control panel — perfect for anyone who loves newly-built, tech-forward spaces. Rahat is an excellent choice for international guests visiting Almaty for business. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s incredibly efficient room service: online orders consistently arrived within 20–30 minutes, with a wide range of cuisine options, including healthy and fitness‑focused meals. The reception team was equally reliable, helping with everything from booking taxis to securing restaurant reservations. This was my 4th stay at Rahat — and I even extended my stay by another week because I enjoyed it so much. I’m truly grateful for Rahat’s exceptional hospitality!

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was big, nice, and comfortable. The location is close to restaurants and cafés.

I enjoyed that the hotel staff was helpful and was able to book me in late at night. They were available through out the day and night. They had a spa and resturant on site that you can take advantage of and the wifi had no issues through out my stay. The also had a store to buy from and great for last minute gifts before you leave the country. The staff was able to assist me with obtaining a taxi as well whenever i needed one. The hotel also had 3 working elevators.

The young men working at the restaurant on the 5th floor were excellent. Very helpful with everything we needed.

The property in the photo was different from what they showed us in reality and in different location. So I have cancelled the stay after reaching the location and finding this.

The staff there was really good hearted. I was sick and she attended me with a motherly care. No words to express my gratitude. Food was good.The room was also comfortable and cozy. Vintage type of house. In a foreign country I felt home. Home away home.

We stayed in a very spacious apartment that was well equipped with all necessary facilities, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff communicated in English very well, which made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. We were clearly guided on the dos and don’ts of the apartment, which was helpful. They also recommended an affordable and reliable tour agent. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended
