The staff was amazing!!! So welcoming and always looking to help you. The pool area and the beach so relaxing, service 100/100, the breakfast was amazing and very diverse.

Everything at the Villa was 10/10!! Sunith and Januka took such great care of us and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The breakfasts were great and the general level of service was incredible! We were also able to rent a motorbike at a good price and get a Tuk Tuk service from the train Station and a taxi up to Negambo through the hotel, making everything very easy!! We will definitely return on our next trip to Sri Lanka and can 100% recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. They welcome you with a banana shake and make you feel like you’re at a resort haha. The rooms are clean and beds are spacious

I booked here as I wanted to see the lovely boho interior and cute decor. The room was as cool as I see on the photos. The host was very welcoming, always smiling, he is always there for us accommodating us. Breakfast was tasty every time freshly made by locals. Just 10 min to walk to the beach, rental bikes are available too. (2000 / day) It was great place to stay. I even extended one night.

Everything was just perfect. Had a Panoramic room and the view is fantastic. Food in the restaurant was very delicious. Service is great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Amazing beach in front of the hotel too.

Bed was very comfortable and the location was good. My wife and I were recovering from illness so it was a nice room to just relax in. They brought us Samahan tea as well, which was a nice touch. There were lots of birds visiting the trees around the property, so it was nice to sit on the balcony and do some birding. It was far enough from the main road to be quiet but easy to walk to cafes and restaurants.

Our recent stay at nuvin was truly unforgettable, and one of the highlights was seeing the newly renovated rooms. The family who owns the hotel has done an amazing job modernizing the entire space. The rooms are now a perfect blend of contemporary style and comfort, yet they’ve managed to keep the cozy, homely feeling. The design is stunning, with sleek furnishings and beautiful décor. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel, but with the warmth and personal touch that only a family-owned place can offer. Every detail has been thought of, making it the perfect retreat for couples or families. Highly recommended!

Great place, quiet and peaceful. Ac, wifi and fan all worked well. Kitchen and shared spaces were excellent. Lovely hosts!

Absolutely loved this place. The beautiful beach was just across the road. We had a very comfortable stay with all the facilities in the house. And the family owners were very nice. It’s the one of the beautiful guesthouses that I will definitely come back !
