It’s a little paradise.. the view is so beautiful like you can stare hours and hours.. the location is perfect.. close to both beaches and to Kata center.. breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant is amazing

Beautiful place located right across the road from the beach. Very spacious and comfortable with easy access to the pool. Great host who was proactive and friendly in all aspects and easily contactable.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. This is a very cozy and intimate boutique hotel with only around eight rooms, which makes the atmosphere truly special. It is located in a quiet and charming area, just two minutes away from the entrance to Kata Noi Beach – an absolutely unbeatable location. The hotel is also surrounded by greenery and a nearby lake, where you can hear the sounds of nature and feel a wonderful connection to it, while still being just steps away from the beach. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with even the smallest details. The room itself was spacious, very clean, beautifully renovated, and well equipped with everything you need. It definitely exceeded my expectations, especially considering the excellent value for money. The building itself has a modern and beautiful architectural design, and every time I came back in the evening, it felt like returning home – warm, welcoming, and peaceful.

The hosts are amazing, the always helped us. We booked some sightseeing trips and a car for nice price. They are very nice. The room is very spacious. There are a lot of appliances for your cooking. Everyday cleaning!

We arrived here as a family of 5 . We were welcomed by choladda who was very helpful. The location was fantastic, and the apartment was very, very spacious , enough to the point we weren't tripping up over ourselves. Facilities were amazing, microwave , cooker , over , large fridge freezer, and great little grill for your 7 eleven toasties , perfect. The pool was lovely, although we didn't get the weathe. Im sure it would be amazing to lounge there all day in the sun. I would recommend that when booking taxi/excursions, etc, to not use the name smart conzept apartments as advertised on booking.com but to tell them Q conzept apartments instead as this is what they are named. The hill upto the apartment is very steep , no bother for fit and able but a little struggle for any mobility issues and elderly but not a big distance but for someone with mobility issues it may cause a little hassle. Air con in every room, which was a bonus. Close to all shops , massage parlor, and shops right beside so absolutely fantastic spot . We had an issue with dishwasher and the owner himself came to assist and was also very pleasant. Would stay again.

Everything was great, the villa is super clean and the staff was amazing too, the hospitality and staff made our stay smooth, definitely worth the experience 👍
