Stayed at this property recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. Staff were polite and responsive whenever assistance was needed.

This is really beautiful 5 star resort on the hill - if you are lucky enough with the weather, you can see mountains and the view is fantastic. We stayed in bungalow which was nicely decorated and has amazing wooden smell. They have sauna at the resort and few pools, we used it everyday, so relaxing

Our stay at Sapana Mountain Retreat was truly exceptional. the place was spotless and felt brand new, with incredibly sweet and professional staff, and the view was absolutely fabulous, making the whole experience unforgettable.

Everything. The staff was one of the highlights of our stay, providing us with everything we need, whether it was a personal driver to take us where we needed, giving us tips on best places to go or eat at, etc. Amazing stay!!

The owner was very helpful during our stay and was happy to adjust our booking when I made an error. The food was good and the accommodations were comfy. The property is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The owner helped us book tours and transport to where ever we wanted to go and had excellent recommendations for activities.we had a fabulous time!

It was a short walk from the main town, but poor enough way that it was much quieter. Great restaurants across the street from hotel as well as a place to get a nice snow massage right at the bottom of the driveway.

Breakfast is excellent; lots of varieties; Rooms are big enough for 2 people. Location is excellent as it is in front of the big public market.

Perfect location. Very helpfull and kind staff. They help to buy Fansipan's ticket. And provide me a room to take a prayer while we"re waiting our bus to Hanoi. Will stay here id visit Sapa again.👍👍

Everything was perfect. From the welcoming staff to the location to the views, everything was on point

Reception staff were absolutely exceptional - always most helpful. My room was of a good size and most comfortable, and it had a superb view from the large balcony. Breakfasts were great with a range of high quality international cuisine.

Staff were very good, even had a room for us we arrived very early at 8am went the extra mile for late checkout aswell 6pm

It was an excellent hotel for kindness, clean, and the location. The food was simple but it was good taste. Also, the bed was comfortable.

The stuff was very nice and kind. Also, we had to chance of leaving the luggage at the hotel after the check out, which really helped us. Good breakfast, nice view, not far from the center.

I can't recommend Sapa Hills enough! The hotel exceeded our expectations; the place is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming. Facilities are well cared for, and clean. The best part of everything is the staff and Ms. Trang -the manager-, she's is a lovely woman who will do whatever it takes to help you feel comfortable during your stay and support you as much as possible. On our last day, we left quite early, her staff still served breakfast earlier so we wouldn't go hungry all the way to Hanoi. Sapa Hills was the highlight of our trip to the north of Viet Nam.

We had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. Its location in the heart of the old town made it incredibly convenient to explore the area on foot. During the day, we enjoyed walking to the nearby villages to experience the local culture and beautiful scenery. In the evenings, strolling around the charming old town was a wonderful experience, with its vibrant atmosphere and picturesque streets. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Every morning, we enjoyed our meal while overlooking the stunning mountain valley. Watching the clouds drift across the mountains created a peaceful and unforgettable start to each day. The reception team deserves special recognition for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and taken care of throughout our stay. We are truly grateful to these hardworking and dedicated staff members who made our experience so enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent location, breathtaking views, and exceptional service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

Hotel was good and they gave a great room the only problem we had that the hotel is uphill, and there is no way we can go back walking to hotel

Spacious connecting rooms for a family of 5. Very kind staff, they always offer us with tea every time we came back from tour. We were very grateful to be allowed to check in hours early. 🙏

The room was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sapa.
