Loved this hotel, the decor, the greenery, the facilities, the margaritas at the crane bar, the sauna and pool - I was sad to leave! We stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert and the location for this was exceptional.

Nothing, it was outstanding from check in to check out. The spa upstairs on the rooftop is fabulous. My suite was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

This was a beautifully appointed property in a lovely safe location. The kitchenette was well stocked and it was easy to relax in the living room and deck areas. The roof top pool had a breathtaking view! The location was excellent, very close to tram stop if needed but walkable to the CBD district and other interesting activities. It is close to many quiet , safe places to walk with beautiful parks nearby including the Melbourne botanical gardens. Highly recommended.
