Beautiful hotel in great location. Quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was terrific - spacious and clean.Very comfortable bed.

Loved this hotel, the decor, the greenery, the facilities, the margaritas at the crane bar, the sauna and pool - I was sad to leave! We stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert and the location for this was exceptional.

Perfect for what we needed - a hotel close to the MCG for a function we were attending.

The breakfast was amazing, and the room was very nice, felt very spacious and clean. I loved how they gave us a bottle of champagne with two glasses, even though we didn't drink it (because my partner doesn't drink). I really appreciated the gesture, as well as the chocolate they gave us for our anniversary.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed five nights for a trade show. Denis lent his shopping carts for me to carry my stuff to the exhibition everyday. Hotel is a bit old, but service and location won! I will stay again next time.

Their was work taking place during our stay where the workers needed access to the unit every day. When I raised the issue and wanted a full refund both Airkeeper (unit manager) and Booking.com refused to,let us out of the unit without full payment for the entire stay. They knew the work was taking place and rented the unit anyway. On our last night they offer to let us move 10 blocks away at which time I wasn’t interested in dragging our luggage across town. Not at all impressed with the customer support from either Airkeeper or Booking.com.
