I particularly enjoyed the tour they offered, and Manuel, who guided us, made the experience even more enjoyable. Close to airport. Excellent location on Dubai Creek with amazing heated wave pool and lagoon . Delicious food, great staff and comfortable and contemporary designed rooms.

It was affordable & not far from places we were visiting. Not far from Dubai international airport. Front desk personnel were friendly: David, Sara, Camelia, Sisal & Madhu When we arrive our hotel room view was to the contraction site but we didn’t like the view & fortunately Madhu ask the front desk staff & we were moved to a nice view. THANK YOU

I truly appreciated how fast and efficient the service was. The hotel itself is elegant, quiet, and located in a very classy area. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would definitely love to come back again.

We really liked the hotel. The facilities are brand-new and staff are amazing. We tried the spa and it was amazing. Also, you can have access to the lagoon at Vida creek beach with is over the bridge on the other side of the canal.

The hotel is connected to the Festival City and can be easily walked by, and the staff is very friendly, including the front desk and doorman. My daughter loves the pool and wants to go back when the new pool is ready.
