My stay was very nice and comfortable. The housekeepers who Kaung and Rahul were very helpful and friendship.Room was very clean.

As always, Kempinski’s attitude toward its guests is on top! Once again, we had a pleasant short stay at this hotel. From the very first moments, you feel that you were expected and given the utmost attention: our luggage was taken care of as soon as we stepped out of the taxi, we were checked in early and checked out late without any additional charges. All of this was done effortlessly, with a smile, and with the utmost respect. A huge thank you for your attention to the details – especially for your excellent ginger tea. It was a delightful touch! The service in the lounge was outstanding. Many thanks to your entire team! The room was excellent, with a great view, a fantastic bathroom, and a magnificent bed that ensured a perfect night’s sleep and relaxation. The taxi arranged by the hotel was premium-class at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

I recently stayed at the Flora Al Barsha Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in and late checkout at no extra charge, which made my stay even more comfortable and convenient. The staff at Flora Al Barsha Hotel were incredibly friendly and informative, always ready to assist with any queries or needs I had. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated conveniently close to the Metro station. This made it easy to explore the city and access various attractions without any hassle. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfying, with a decent selection of options to start the day. While it wasn't the most extravagant breakfast I've had, it certainly met my expectations and provided a good start to my mornings.

This is my 5th or 6th stay at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel. Every time i choose this hotel for the same reason, excellent services, good value for the price, mall of the emirates is downstairs, and of course the quality of rooms.

The bed is very comfortable. Very nice room Also we got our bed decorated for our honeymoon with balloons and towels shaped as swans and a delicious piece of cake. We had a memorable souvenir of our stay
