Honestly, the room blew through my expectations. The location was close enough to the city centre where we could walk within 20 mins! Easy access with the self-check in and had no issues!

Hotel in the center of Vienna, close to a train station and walking distance to many beautiful places and attractions. The hotel is clean, and elegant. The staff is very professional and kind. Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything about Hotel Rathaus Wien & Design was excellent. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, great mattress!and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore Vienna.

This was my second stay at the hotel. It is in a great location. Very close to most everything. Rooms are very nice and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this hotel if its in your budget.

We loved the staff!!!! Anna stole our heart and her welcome every time she saw us was warm and cozy! Waldenice and Tomas were very friendly, as well! The service was outstanding!
