Loved everything about the hotel, the staff were so kind, there was a guy working there i dont remember his name but he helped us with something, can’t wait to go back to Vienna 🤍

The staff were the friendliest. I could talk to them the whole day. The room was very clean. It was small, but it had everything, including an iron and an ironing board and a desk. It also had a physical lock on the door. Great for one person. The bathroom was spacious compared to the size of the room.

We liked everything. The breakfast, Leonard the receptionist was so very helpful in all aspects, our room was so very comfortable, we were across the road from the train station and the Big Red Hop on Hop Off Bus, we would have extended our stay but unfortunately had booked our next days accommodation in Villach. Excellent bathroom, big shower, comfortable bed.

Great location for Vienna, walking distance from Karlsplatz but there are 2 tram stations within meters from the property. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff!

The hotel is around a 5 minute walk from the train station (Wein Hauptbahnhof), so that's a plus. They allowed us to do early check-in, and we were very grateful since we had just gotten off the night train. Staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and spotless. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is the best, walkable distance from all the sites u need if going for the first time. Clean and warm, cozy rooms which is perfect because of cold weather in Vienna in the winter. Staff was really friendly and helpful, they told us about garage that is affordable and 3min away from hotel. Overall, it was a beautiful and cozy stay.

The hotel is located really near to a bus station and quite convenient. The bed bathroom is clean and the sofa bed is also beyond expectation. The reception is nice.

Good location, on top of supermarket and across a bakery. Best water pressure ever. 6 mins walk to U bahn.

The hotel was easy to find and a block from tram for easy access around town. Room was great. Very nice bathroom and toiletries that I will order when I get home. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
