The location is the best, walkable distance from all the sites u need if going for the first time. Clean and warm, cozy rooms which is perfect because of cold weather in Vienna in the winter. Staff was really friendly and helpful, they told us about garage that is affordable and 3min away from hotel. Overall, it was a beautiful and cozy stay.

A pleasant 1 night stay in Vienna. The rooms are exaclty as described, clean and prestine. Location is good and accesible to almost anything that you would need. I would like to highlight that the lady on the reception was incredibly warm and accomodating and gave detailed instruction on how to access the place.

The hotel is an excellent choice - perfect location, nice rooms, imperial-style lobby with a possibility to have a coffee, and a very professional, friendly and helpful personnel.

Great location, great rooms and marvelous service

Everything about the room was perfect--it was spacious, impeccably clean and the general ambience and design were very inviting and pleasing. Above all, though, we appreciated the staff for their professionalism and readiness, especially the front-desk staff working on the afternoon shift when we arrived (ca. 6:15 pm). When they realized that one of us had his birthday they took the time and went the extra mile to prepare a beautiful handwritten card with birthday wishes and to send it with a piece of delicious cake to the room! The breakfast was very rich in choices and of high quality. The location is perfect for walking anywhere within the inner city of Vienna. We particularly liked the coffee machine with integrated coffee beans grinder(!) and the fully-stocked mini fridge that was included in the room price.

Beautiful old school hotel in the perfect quiet but central location. Visited with my elderly mother and we got a free upgrade to the gorgeous junior suite. We loved every second of our stay here!

The hotel has excellent location. You can reach all the attractions by walking distance. It is a very high end district. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and the room was simply great. Although it was quite cold when we visited the city, the room was well heated. The bed was very comfortable. I look forward to coming back.
