Staff are lovely, the facilities are clean and well maintained.

Lots of car parking spots, good facilities, comfortable and clean rooms

Value for money, clean, comfortable & spacious room. The staff member upon check in could not do enough for my disabled mother & I. We gave stayed here 4 times now, mostly for sports nearby. There should be more accommodation like this. Nothing fancy, but great family accommodation with easy access off the M7, making it a great stop over if travelling through Sydney.

Nothing, it was outstanding from check in to check out. The spa upstairs on the rooftop is fabulous. My suite was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

great service... even thinking of the little things such as providing ear plugs for when the panthers won the premiership

The room was clean. And the staff was friendly.

Everything was perfect! The ONLY thing I didn't like was the "not now" door hanger. But honestly, it makes me laugh that a door hanger was the only thing I can complain about.
