The hotel was very nice and within walking distance of the Canada Place port for our cruise. Having two quick meal options right outside of the hotel, as well as the full breakfast option in the hotel was very convenient.

The hotel was close to everything like ferries to Granville Island and Canada Place. It had a nice laundry and change was available at front desk. Beds were super comfortable and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved having the stove, fridge and microwave to make meals. Kitchen was nicely equipped.

The breakfast was really good with a number of choices. Cooked on site by experienced chefs. Served by cheery wait staff. Ambience superb.
We were upgraded to a lovely suite on the 11th floor. This is an older hotel with lots of French influence. Not perfect but well maintained. It is fairly easily walked to lots of different restaurants if you don’t use their own. Not far from Canada Place ,Gas town and high end shopping. The staff were very accommodating , friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially because of the hotel's excellent location. It was very close to Canada Place, where our daughter had an event, making it extremely convenient for our family. We also appreciated that the hotel has its own restaurant on-site. The staff kindly provided us with dining vouchers, which was a thoughtful gesture, although unfortunately our schedule was too busy for us to use them.

Easy check in, being met and handed the keys. First impressions were the amazing views of the harbour and Canada Place where we were going to be boarding a Cruise Ship.
The apartment is well laid out with lounge, dining, balcony, kitchen, laundry, Bed 2, main bathroom, Bed 1 with ensuite.
Furnishings were comfortable and nice decor.
Apartment is on 35th floor and the lift is quite efficient.

The studio apartment/room was very well equipt (specifically the kitchen), comfortable and very clean. It is also accessible from metro and on foot to Canada place, convention center, Gas Town and shopping. Lots of places to eat and grocery store (albeit quite expensive) is within 5 min. walking distance. Also wheelchair accessible. A fantastic ramen place is just around the corner and lots of place nearby to rent a bicycle. It has everything for a week vacation stay in Vancouver.

Liked the restaurant at the hotel, where we had dinner. Also, a decent breakfast was provided at this location. Great shuttle to Canada Place. Nice area to walk around and explore.

Best location if you are arriving or leaving on a cruise ship. We had a King Suite with Bay View and it had beautiful view of Canada Place and Bay. Staff was super friendly & helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.
