Perfect location, friendly people, an amazing room with many facilities and a very nice view.

Great location. Great rooms. Great customer service. We moved here from another hotel (not Sheraton) due to a bad experience and the experience we had here was perfect for completing our vacation in Vancouver. We would definitely plan to stay here again!

Location is good and I had some request and some changes with my booking and they went above and beyond to make it happen. My lady wanted a tub we got a tub. I wanted fridge microwave and we got that too.

The room was great, super comfy bed and pillows, great shower and products. The bar with the complimentary drinks was a great shout and we stayed for food and cocktails. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Vancouver All the staff were friendly and attentive.

The quant 1960's style hotel is located in the heart of downtown, just minutes away from Coal Harbor and Gastown. Many great eateries surround the local area, dotted with many parks, this is the best place to stay within budget and get a fully immersive stay of Vancouver. 10/10 WILL REBOOK!

Everything about the property was nice, but especially the front desk staff.

The staff was efficient, friendly, and always willing to help. When we had an issue, someone from the front desk assisted us very quickly. The location was excellent, and we really appreciated the weekly cleaning service.

Spacious suit for two. Central location. Healthy family restaurant next door. Chatty helpful clerk.

Great location on Robson street…close to all amenities and a short walk from the Hullo Ferry

Great place on Davie, close to every touristic attractions, and shops and restaurants 24 hours open. It has a separate living room and kitchen !!

Comfortable bed and hotel was clean. Staff members were professional.

Staff is super responsive, the facility is exceptional, not only suites, but also terrace, gym and even meeting room is on premises. I had to work CET hours and had an access to the meeting room to not bother my family while working.

The location was very convenient
